Finally catch some ZZZZZZZZs
It's not just Melatonin. It has Vitamin B6 which helps make you sleepy and relaxed. As we age. we don't produce the melatonin our bodies used to, so we need to supplement it to get good sleep. If you are overweight, it could have to do with overeating due to lack of sleep.
