Beats driving to Cincinnati for my fix.
Having lived in Cincinnati for 10 years, I was a fan of Skyline Chilli. For years it has been available as a frozen product in a local store, but recently it has disappeared. This doesn't say "Skyline" on it, but the packaging looks similar, so I gave it a try. Following the instructions, it makes 2 quarts of chilli that to my palate is as good as the original. I suppose the brand of ingredients used could alter the taste somewhat, but I'm happy with the results. Skyline Chili in a Spice Pack

Great product at a great price
I got hooked on Skyline Chili when I lived in Cincinnati, OH. Moved away and missed the taste so often. Made it from scratch, but it just isn't the same. Then one of our daughters saw Cincinnati Recipe and bought some. We love it. It isn't Skyline, but is so close it has become our new favorite especially because it is far more easily ordered and prepared than anything else. Next best thing to being there!
Having lived in Cincinnati some time ago, I developed a taste for the special kind of chili that is only available there and in the surrounding area. Skyline was my favorite. This mix comes close to the taste and consistency of the real thing if you follow the directions when preparing. An interesting trivia fact...the company that makes this product "Cincinnati Recipe Inc" lists their address as 4180 Thunderbird Lane, Fairfield, OH 45014.
