Fantastic, eel sauce of you can remember Unagi its real name.
This little known Asian sauce wakes up just about, anyhting. If you will try say a 3 oz bottle you will soon be buying 5lb bottles like I do. Chicken, pork chops, Steak Omelets, Shrimp, you name it this makes it better. This takes it to restaurant quality.

Love this stuff. Wish I had discovered it sooner. We do a lot of teriyaki and oriental cooking. Using this sauce is so much easier than making my own. Giving a jug to each of our boys for Christmas so they can enjoy too!
