Does what it says on the box. Tracks steps, and if you give it permissions it can do lots more. Lacks some features, as it feels like a watch I keep checking it for the time which it doesn't have. Ok for Old Tech
Bit behind times for tracker these days and the BPM doesnt work on it at as its not supported now. BPM would have been useful too. Good for average person who just wants to update their general fitness. It is not bad for accuracy, but not enough for a serious athelete. It can notify you of incoming calls and texts if you want that. You can also have an out of range notification too (I took that off because its a nuisance buzzing continuously on your wrist, as the range is not that far). Its small and neat on wrist, but be aware the band needs regular wiping as its rubber. Charge lasts 3-4 days maybe and only takes 30 mins or so to charge.Verified purchase: YesCondition: Pre-owned

It does not have a display just three lights to let you know what mode it is in. You will need Sony apps on your smartphone to configure and extract information recorded. For starters you will need Smart Connect, wristband module which will only be seen under Smart Connect & not it apps draw and LifeLog. its a pain

As basic as stick & sand compared to Pen & paper
It looks quite plain and that's the good ting, as gimmicks and flashes filled space sometimes need something simple. Sadly that's it about what's good about it as there are more guesswork in the data, than real data. It just lack a capacity to do much. That's why it's good as a children toy, but no more.
