A bit heavy but seems very solid
I have this item installed on an old Makita drill. No point in spending too much on original parts on an old drill. The chuck is a bit heavy but seems constructed...no plastics. Only time will tell if the mechanisms take the strain of service. Thanks

Great for a tenner, really good upgrade
Bought this to replace the rubbish and bent chuck on my Makita dhp cordless hammer drill, really happy with it. Easy to change if your chuck screw isn’t stripped - I wasn’t so lucky so a 5 minute job turned into an hour long job
