Grinder accessory not perfect for Ninja BL-482
The grinder is designed for Ninja blenders that employ the twist-lock-to-run feature. The BL-482 Auto-IQ blender relies on the tabs of the blender jars to sufficiently push down the safety switches past the switch click points in order to work. The tabs on the grinder accessory are just slightly less thick than the tabs on the blender jars that come with the BL-482. Therefore, to make the grinder work, I looped a rubber band over each of the tabs and across the top of the grinder cover to make the tabs thicker. With a slight pressure on the grinder, the BL-482 activates. Grinder works as described.

Not compatible
The description item read it was compatible with BL 680 model but it’s not. I bought it cuz my blender is BL 680 and it didn’t fit at all. So if your blender is model BL 680 don’t buy it cuz it won’t fit!!!!!!!Verified purchase: YesCondition: Pre-owned

Does not fit my Ninja
It was supposed to fit the "640 series." I have the 642. It didn't fit. I was able to switch bottoms so that the gears would work, but it is a pain to do that. The grinder works very well. My only option is to buy a replacement bottom at a cost for $35, making this grinder very expensive now.Verified purchase: YesCondition: Pre-owned

The item looks good. New and packages to prevent damage however we didn't realize there was different bases for the different attachment.
