OH BOY IT WORKS TOO GOOD
I've always been in the habit of taking half of the recommended dosage when trying a new product. So glad I did with Hem Clear. I took one capsule the day before and I had a slightly miserable morning beginning. I was cramping from the bowel movements, once that was done I was fine again. Honestly, I've not tried the product again. I want to encourage sluggish bowels to move so as to eliminate hemorrhoids but there has to be a better way than this formula, I don't like feeling bad and I surely don't practice doing things that make me feel awful.
