Environnmentally sound choice - replace parts rather than buy new!
It arrived on time; it is in good condition; there was a note included to offer help with installation, but it was easy to install with existing handset. It works. Most importantly, it has saved buying another handset that I didn't need and which is environmentally unsustainable.
