Very dangerous
This product seems extremely dangerous. In just a few mins of normal use, the top of the gas canister becomes too hot to touch, far above the 50 degrees centigrade at which they have been known to explode! In addition to this, the hanging attachment is flimsy and seems ready to break off. The chain is also nowhere near long enough, so after hanging it for the few mins the top of the carrying chain becomes literally sizzling hot. Luckily I had hung it from natural cord (it will melt straight through paracord etc, falling to the floor and potentially exploding). I couldn't find any documentation with the product warning of these extreme hazards, although they do warn that if there is a problem with the mantle, the steel structure of the entire lamp can disintegrate. I have no idea how this can possibly have passed any safety testing or certification, it really should be recalled immediately.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Illuminating
