Good value biofeedback
Works quite seamlessly. Half the price of the MUSE, and does the job. Meditation is a challenge. The device helps you track your mindfulness, but it still takes dedicated commitment to practice. Glad I bought it. Check /scriptures.ru/yoga/eeg-meditation.htm for neuro Sky specific advice.
