Substitute 10-50% of your usual baking flour with Hempiness organic hemp flour to add all the goodness of hemp to your breads, cakes, pastries, and biscuits!
I use hemp flour all the time when making stuff for my kids' pack lunches - great in cheese scones, seedy biscuits, all that sort of stuff. I add a bit to my bread, but cautiously, like adding rye or buckwheat - maybe 100g out of 1kg works well. very tasty results and big fat helthy halo for me.
Use as recommended and it adds a distinctive taste and texture (and greenish hue!), adding essential omega goodness and plant protein to your baking. Particularly good in scones, bread or as a crumble topping, but is very strong tasting so only substitute for about 1/4 to 1/3 of flour. A surprising hit with the children.
