Have not given it 5 stars as no instruction booklet. The instructions are online, but I prefer having it on paper. I am 75 and without my daughter to help I may have struggled to set it up. It is not clear with 3 handsets what you have to do individually with each phone. I still haven't bothered with the address book set-up yet.
