Authentic but mismatched.
I believe the parts I chair parts I received are authentic but mismatched. The seat is from the 2005 model and the back is newer. It's easy to confirm this by looking at the armrest adjustment mechanism for the seat and comparing that to newer models that have the Posturefit back and a different mechanism. The manufacturer stickers have been removed from both parts as well, which seems a little shady. I guess you get what you pay for but it's still a $700 chair and I expected to get parts that were made to fit.Verified purchase: YesCondition: Pre-owned

Good product at fair price.
I was familiar with the product from use at work and wanted one for my home. I was a little dubious about spending so much for a chair from a company I didn't know so decided to obtain it from eBay for additional protection. This Chair Was Built By God
Incredible piece of furniture! The comfort and flexibility of this chair is incomparable to any other. No longer will my back or bottom get hot or sweaty from sitting in a chair that isn't able to breathe. I'm blessed to have found this here on eBay for a fraction of the cost. Great Features
It took a lot of adjusting but finally got it right. It is a comfortable office chair but not perfect. I am the smallest person to fit in the chair, would have been the largest to fit in the small chair. It isn't perfect and took a while to get used to it. Great chair, great value!
This is the second Herman Miller Aeron chair I've purchased from Madison Seating. I bought the first chair about 10 years ago from Madison Seating and it's still in use in my recording studio today. It is easy to clean, won't cause you to sweat like leather chairs and still functions as new. I bought this second chair for my daughter and I seriously can't tell that this may not be new. I could not find any scratches or flaws or any evidence of prior use. This is a great value and will purchase another one for my wife in a few months. Great chair with one exception...
Since it said fully loaded, I was expecting it would be more adjustable than what it is. The back is not adjustable for height and it does not tilt forward like I've read. It does sit upright but I was looking for a chair that has forward tilt and fully adjustable. Overall, it's comfortable but definitely not worth $1200 new.
