The right grease to reduce the risk of breaking off glow plugs.
By many accounts glow plugs can be difficult to remove. I think a very small amount of this grease on the threads of the new plug should make it less difficult to remove when the time comes. Plugs are only torqued to about 15nm which is very little. If you put this grease on the threads thus reducing resistance, there is the possibility of tightening the plug more than you think and you should probably use a torque wrench set to very slightly less than 15nm to ensure you don't overdo it. Glow plug manufacturers recommend using (the correct) grease on plug threads to assist sealing and removal. This grease gives me the confidence that the plug probably can be removed again without it shearing off. It's a small tube but with sparing use it should last the average home mechanic about 400 years!

I couldn't recommend it.
Didn't make reassembly particularly easy. The injectors made a lot of noise when I was removing them. I had hoped the grease would make refitting easier. It didn't even though the plug threads were cleaned thoroughly first. The injectors screeched quite a bit on being screwed back in even though I was taking my time. It felt sticky all the way and repeatedly the torque wrench was clicking out on the 15 Nm setting required. It made for a fairly uncomfortable time. Whether the grease will make dis-assembly easier only time will tell and that is likely to be some years away. Right now I am not particularly confident it would but the vehicle will probably have met its end of life by then anyway so I will most likely never know.

Seems like it will do the job.
It's hard to tell and give a good review on a product that involves performing over time. The grease felt quite stiff and doesn't slump. I've coated my injectors and refitted them, will only be able tell upon removal in the future if it works/remaims. Something is better than nothing IMHO.
