Polini renews the most famous kit for the Vespa 50 with bore Ø47 – Ø50 – Ø55. The main feature is the new shell-cast head. It has a modern dome design which makes it much more robust, allowing for a perfect squish band and positioning the long thread spark plug centrally in relation to the combustion chamber. The fins are increased to have the best heat dispersion and the head gasket is produced in siliconised steel (not present on the original Vespa) to maintain maximum compression tightness between the head and cylinder. The renewed kit increases in quality and improves overall performance.
