My favourite kitchen utensil
I find the hachoir very easy to use and fit for purpose. I have poor minor motor control and grip; the design of the handles, blade and cutting board ensure I can chop things safely and not make a mess all over the worktop and kitchen floor. And it is beautiful to look at
