Like it. Sleeping better now that it is installed.
We needed a window unit to cool our back bedroom and to pull out the humidity. ( We live in St. Petersburg, Fla.) The unit works great. We run it at 72 at night and stay comfortably cool and use the energy saver mode during the day at 76. Haven't gotten our electric bill since we got is, so not sure how much this is costing us. It does do a great job of cooling and based on the amount of water under the drain pipe, it pulls a lot of humidity out. It is not quiet but not so noisy it keeps us awake. We stopped using a fan in our bedroom for "white noise" and just use the AC. It has a remote but we just push the buttons. Blows cold air well and the directional is easy to use. Dissatisfied Doesn’t cool room
I’m very unhappy with this purchase . All these reviews saying that this machine does a good job of keeping a room cold. This does not do a good job of that. The compressor runs for about a minute and then shuts off. Blowing normal air.My old 25 your old AC had my room freezing and it was 5400 BTU. The compressor seems to run sometimes other times it’s just blowing normal air this is kind of irritating although shipping was extremely fast I am pleased with that. Machine is in good condition. But compressor doesn’t want to run for very long runs for about a minute then shuts off and blows regular air I had to fabricate a blowing vent so I can feel the air as the poor design shoots the air up instead of out into the room. 6000 BTU is not strong at all.

Cools better then expected.
Cools better then I thought it would. It cost a bit more then I thought it should, but it was the only one I could find that would fit into my replacement windows. 6000 BTU that really cool
Got 3 of these to use with our generator instead of using my central AC when our power is out. We lose power more & more often here in southeast Texas so a good, compact & reliable AC unit is a must. The three I purchased cool our home quite well when placed strategically and used with box fans to help circulate the air. I measured 54° F coming out of the output using a non contact thermocouple. It doesn't do the job
I bought this ac so I could cool the bedroom when my daughter visited; the room has only 156 square feel. This ac is a joke. It doesn't blow cool air when you first turn it on, but shortly the condensor jsut turns off and the air just comes from the fan the rest of the time. very good job cooling the room
Works well, not only gets the room cool it can make it cold. My only complaint is that my window only open to 11.5 inches, I bought this because the height is listed as 11 1/8, but you need 12 inches clearance to make it fit properly. I was able to make it work by putting it in the window first then attaching the top bar and side panels. its still the only unit that comes close to fitting my replacement windows with the exception of a portable unit.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
