It is just as Good or even Better than any other out there. Better than the C Rats that I had in Vietnam for sure. And you don't have a great big tote to tote around. Great item for emergencies. With some water, pans and fire, delicious meals await. Two thoughts, though. First, if diabetic; be careful of this product because it is carb heavy. Count your carbs carefully. Good news, it will easily last 30+ days for you. Otherwise, second; in order to make the supplies last 30 days, you need to strictly follow the instructions, or eat even less.
