Voice access works well.
The remote must be paired with a set top box. A set top box will only accept one of these remotes. You can use older IR remotes with the new boxes. What stands out with this remote is the voice access. It works better than most. The new FiOS boxes have changed. The menus and guides are not as easy to use.

The ring around the ok button sticks. When you use the guide button and use the ring to advance the guide it causes it to jump up or down to stations
