I have recently started taking these Zinc tablets as I was only getting 5mg of zinc in my multi-vits. These are 40mg so my daily dose is now 45mg in total. Recommend daily intake is 50mg. The remainder of my daily dose will be from my daily diet. Some people have reported mild side effects but so far everything has been normal for me. I would recommend these tablet for general health enhancement.
