In lockdown I new I was starting to go downhill with my mental health. So I started saying 3 things every morning that I was grateful for it lasted a few weeks & it did help me . However my mental health was just deteriorating & I stopped doing them . I came across this author on social media & his post’s made sense to me . I seen he had a book & bought it. This book is the second book I’ve read since leaving school ( not a big reader ) & school was a long time ago. This book I just couldn’t put it down & in the evening I’d actually be happy known I was going up to bed soon to read some more .
