Helps with mood
Certainly has raised my mood. No longer feel negative in my own head. I have came off my fluoxetine as i wanted a natural way of dealing with my depression as i was sick of the side effects of medication. Im still battling fatigue at the minute but I'm only taking two of these tablets a day and havent started my complex Vitamin B supplements yet along with them. I think its all about getting the dosage of htp5 correct for your body. Im going to buy the higher dose of these next time around. All in i would recommend. It helps
Started taking this for my anxiety and have noticed a change straight away i don’t feel as panicky and nauseas anymore I’ve also got my appetite back since taking these which is brilliant. A total and complete waste of money
Absolutely useless. The tablets taste of chalk, I wonder what they’re made from? They had no effect whatsoever. A total and complete waste of money. I fell for the storyline and, on reflection, I wonder why I bought a tablet that is not recommended by any sensible organisation, (except the sellers of them) but that is widely available for varying amounts of money. Reduced adrenalyn effect
The product reduced the effects of adrenalyn. It was a start. I felt that I required a higher dose though, and eventually, through another product, moved to Zipvit 500mg (62.5mg, equivalent to 500mg).
