Great watch. Has more features than you could possibly need. I bought it to replace my Garmin S60 golf watch, and to give me some fitness tracking options. It certainly does that. I contemplated the fenix 7, but the extra outlay couldn't be justified. I would prefer the touch screen which my S60 had and the fenix 7 has, but asides from that and the extended battery life there's no reason to spend an extra £300 for me. The fenix 6 has a huge feature list and works really well. I love it. 1 star deduction possibly unfair but it is for the missing touch screen which was available to Garmin as my S60 was older. They obviously held it back as an upgrade to tempt people to get the 7.

Amazing piece of kit, but expensive. The amount and range of data, apps and widgets that the watch can utilise is quite phenominal and well worth the purchase if you are training for a big event and you want lots of data. The mapping, tracking and navigation is amazing also and is a huge saftey feature if you are out in the sticks or need to following a complicated course quickly and easily. The downside is the cost though unless you can get a really good deal as I did. Wouldn't pay the £600 price tag but well worth the £390 I paid. The battery life is just crazy long, it is stylish and not as big on the wrist as some of the many other Fenix Garmins.

This watch gives you more data than you can shake a stick at in regard to exercise. Running, cycling, swimming, hiking, walking, golf, you name it you'll get all the information you need to rate your training. If you're serious about sport or you want something more grown up than a fitbit etc and you can afford it, buy one, you won't regret it. Oh by the way, it also tells you the time, should you need to know it!

I was looking for a watch that had off line mapping as well as tracking activities and it does this perfectly. It has a lot of info that I personally don't need but would be great for someone more tech savvy. Highly recommended.

So many features, it took my some time to get used to buttons, after using previous Garmin touchscreen watch.

Moving from an Apple Watch to this beast and I can confirm the Garmin is better in almost every way. Great battery life with the option to extend it to 40+ days. More functions to the watch than I will ever use but the option to is always there if needed
