Extremely pleased
Easy enough to put together when you follow the instructions. I would recommend torquing the bolts to manufacture specs that are in the book if you have a torque wrench. The rack bolts up to the tow ball very easy and is very sturdy when it’s tightened up. I love the fact it has a double ended lighting plug for both 7 and 13 pin sockets it’s very well thought about. The rack tilting so you can have access to the boot is extremely handy especially if you have a puncture and your spare wheel is in the boot.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Very good quality bike rack, however it's very heavy and awkward for one person to assemble and fit. I would only recommend it for a young fit adult. Good value 2 bike carrier
A good value bike carrier ideal for our occasional use. Steel tubing give sold construction which was easy to put together. Needs care when fitting to the swan neck tow ball as a bit heavy. Has the tilt function of more pricy models which works well. Fits our urban hybrids but a bit more padding needed on the upright support, though this may be the design of the bike frame.
