Medicinally effective as well as cost effective
"Neosynephrine (Phenylephrine HCL 1% - maximum strength) is a very effective short-term decongestant, and for those of us who live in the Tennessee Valley - particularly after a super wet winter with correspondingly outrageously high pollen levels - it is a godsend...especially if you can't tolerate Afrin and its generic equivalents. The only thing more outrageously high than our pollen levels is the markup on that product - several thousand percent, I estimate.
