    Works wonders for inhibiting mildew

    Although I just applied it, my Auntie highly recommended it; she lives near me with rains and wind a daily occurrence in the fall/winter. She applied Silver Shield along with her semi gloss paint to an exterior ceiling on her lanai and NO mold specks, no discoloration, etc in the 9 months since she applied it. Previously, they would have to bleach and scrub with not a great effect nor one that you would want to repeat with such caustic chemicals.
