Cheap crimping tool package
I purchased to crimp a couple of cables on my van conversion, but the only good thing are the cable cutting pliers and the terminal lugs, the actual crimping tool is made very cheaply and when you try to squeeze one of the lugs on the cable it does not compress the crimping lug properly, you have to set the tool for a smaller size to squeeze the lug onto the cable, which doesn't look too good, it would be just as easy to put a flat head screwdriver on the lug and hit it with a hammer, morning I wouldn't recommend buying one of these just paying extra few pound and by the hydraulic crimping tool

Not fit for purpose
The dyes on the crimping tool are too large and do not crimp the corresponding terminal enough to hold the cable, let alone make a good, strong connection. In the photos you can see that the 16mm dyes have hardly dented the 16mm terminal, let alone crimped it.

Both pliers are well made, good to handle. I will have to see how well the cutters can cope cutting through steel cable over the next year.
