What a labour of love this was... I don’t think there was a part on this kit we’re I did not have to remove flashing from. But the price of the kit and the scale made it desirable....so what do you expect. I don’t think I would recommend it, not many parts to it... if you want something that’s going to challenge your patience this is the one for you, but when finished looked quite nice...

Revell Flying Fortress
The lack of moving parts on such a large kit might put a lot of people off , but i found it a refreshing change from all super detailed ones from other manufactures which take ages to finish .So if you don't mind molded in wing flaps , the lack of scale figures etc ;- this is the one to buy . The only other thing is that the landing gear looks to sit lower than it should , but I could be totally wrong about this detail as I'm no expert on the Flying Fortress . Old kit first issued in 1978. So pretty basic. But great value for money if you shop around for the best price.
I knew what to expect as I’ve built it before many years ago. A basic kit that with a bit of work builds into a nice model. I wanted a B17 ,but didn’t want to pay £120 for the latest kit. So at £34.95 this was the perfect choice for me.It has a basic interior.But you can’t see much of it anyway!.

The quality of this product is shocking nothing fits properly or lines up with connecting pieces , the detailing on the fuselage and wings is non exhibiting . Poor poor cockpit detail , the whole thing is just junk , I started constructing my model but ended up throwing it away disappointed .
