Must haves for strong bones and nails
This product is excellent for your bones and nails. If it makes your nails this strong imagine how strong your bones are! I recommend this product very much. I have used this for many years. I had to stop as I had Tonsil Cancer and as soon as I could swallow I went back on. I did find without it my nails were very weak and hate to think how my bone strength deteriorated. These made no difference to my health or the way I feel despite using up the whole tub and taking them exactly as directed. Plus the tablets are very large and difficult to take. I got them stuck in my throat on many occasions. I read a newspaper article on the benifits of taking collagen but these did nothing for me. I can't recommend this product.
