This review is from a Sony fan's point of view, comparing this TV to a 3000£ one, the colours are a bit faded, sound is good but not great, easy to use and set up, there are a few things that were a headache to find (ex: switch off timer). I would say picture would be a 7.5 maybe an 8 out of 10, sound 8 out of 10, it's also a plus that it's a 4K TV. All in all it's a TV and does the job of a TV and for this price it's a bargain (for me it was a no brainer as it came with a 2 year warranty and free delivery, so I didn't have to worry about collecting it from half way around the country). Really happy with the purchase and I highly recommend it if you are not too fussed about perfection in sound and video quality.

Picture is great but the firmware is terrible the TV has a mind of its own changing channel randomly the EPG and Freeview play are a joke it takes ages to navigate and freezes up or fails to load and stops responding to remote control commands. Not fit for purpose

Everything I was looking for in a new TV. Catch-up and streaming all easy to set up and glitch free. Picture quality excellent and sound quality perfectly adequate for my needs. Overall, an excellent TV set at an unbeatable price (thanks for the extra 15% off AO).

Is it really acceptable for a retailer to insist that it is not a product fault when their customer's hand slips on the stand they were about to put their big new telly on and their head crushes the screen? I mean, is it made of glass or icing sugar? They are not interested in even making a token gesture. AVOID!
