Fully featured and easy to use.
A great product with many features. Easy to set up and use. Takes AA batteries so they're common and easy to replace. Mouse sensor is accurate and feels natural. It is a little bigger than other remotes, but make is well made and feels comfortable in hand or pocket. Outdated product - needs a revamp
Product is of an old design. Whilst it looks and feels good, the bluetooth is very flakey. It is difficult to connect under Windows 10, will not automatically reconnect when switched back on, and the connection keeps dropping. Using new bluetooth hardware and latest drivers. Other bluetooth devices I'm using have no such issues. It didn't help being supplied with batteries that had an expiry date of 2014 (six years ago), even though they were still sealed in their origianl wrapper.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

No longer suported by Targus
The sellers were quick to issue a return for this item. Thanks. I have a 2016 Mac book Pro and I couldnt make the device work, bar the reverse key made the presention advance while other keys were redundant. The software is also on CD and very hard to find online and now I can't remove it from my preferences pane. The customise keys option in the preferences applies to a pitiful 2 keys only.... errrm.. laser pointer works ok..Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Not a fan
It works, but it feels really cheap and ready to break at the slightest bump. I think next time I'll buy decent one. Annoyingly this clicks audibly when navigating through slides, the blackout screen and start presentation buttons aren't reliable.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Not much use in real presentation situation
This device has no Enter function in remote mouse mode, making it of very limited use when working with Windows. Furthermore, it has been discontinued by Targus, and there is no software available to program the two free buttons that might allow for an Enter function to be added.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Not as good as expected
Only works with Keynote on my Mac. Doesn’t work with MS PowerPoint. Targus website shows a discontinued product and drivers on the support section are corrupted. The enclosed disc has no software for Mac.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
