Absolute value for money.
Absolute value for money. The reason I held one star is that one has to constantly readjust the chain tension. This was a used item in very good condition. The chain was completely blunt, but luckily I had a new chain lying around. Great for smaller jobs
Have to say I wasn’t expecting too much from this, as with only one medium tree to fell (thickest part about 15” wide) I bought cheap. It’s actually a very capable saw. It did take a new chain to get it working properly, but once fitted it went through the trunk like it was butter and continued to function well cutting the branches into manageable pieces. Great machine
I purchased this to replace an aging petrol chainsaw. I had never used an electric chainsaw before and was very surprised at how easy it was to use. I like the fact that unlike the petrol chainsaw the electric one is very quiet to use. I found that it cut 8 inch logs in about 15 seconds. I also like the fact that the chain can be tensioned without tools and this can be done very easily. I would definitely recommend this saw whether you are a beginner or a more experienced user. Great for smaller jobs
Needed something stronger than my hedge trimmers to really cut back an old hedge - - did have a few problems as debris caused a few blockages so the chain had to be refitted a couple of times. Chainsaw problem
