In Part 1 of the Complete Second Season of Australias most loved police drama sees the departure of an old favourite and the arrival of three new members to the Mt Thomas Police Station. Once again the team are faced with a number of cases to investigate often finding themselves in life threatening situations. The team at Mt Thomas Police Station are outraged when they discover plans to transfer Sergeant Tom Croydon to the city. Tom and the other cops begin a campaign which eventually prevents him from being transferred. And in a tragic episode Toms world is shattered when his wife is killed and his daughter is seriously injured in a car accident.
