Useful portable multi-effects for Bass Guitar
This is a small effect pedal of electric bass guitar. I have used it only for a couple of rehearsals. First impressions are good. It allows me to add body, adjust tone and fuzz/distortion and is useful in a small rock 'power trio' where my bass needs to fill more sonic space sometimes. It has an 'effects loop' in and out facility and I have added a chorus pedal. Some might find the control knobs a little on the small side. This hasn't been a problem for me. I can see it being a good addition to my small 'rig'.

Brilliance on a budget
Worth it for the pre amp alone, gives real character to all of my bass guitars. Found the boost useful as well, offers a definite big sound without too much background hiss. Octaver is fun but I haven't used it much so far. Only effect I haven't got much use for is the fuzz but only because I have a great pedal for that already. Well worth the money.

You do need this!
I never thought that I needed bass effects but watching You Tube videos I realised that used sparingly and appropriately, I do. This unit has all the essentials and I recommend it. Just don't overdo the effects, a bit of compression, little bit of octave and good to go.

I'm using this to boost an electric upright bass with a passive pickup, the preamp and boost sections were what attracted me to it. I've tried other products (boss bass eq,behringer preamp etc) which did'nt work but this does does exactly what I want it to do, thoroughly recommended
