Still testing but I recommend it
I took a months out (roughly) before posting this review. The delivery was very quick and discrete. The packaging was not wasteful which is a plus for me. All the 'parts' were present as well as a quick start manual and a proper manual. The insertion device is a nice size. Neither to big nor to small. I do not use lubrication as my nurse suggested against that. It took a while to find my starting level and it felt quite weird to begin with but after a week of using it daily I can honestly say I noticed a difference. I've been using it on and off since then (just purely as I work shifts so I forget sometimes) but my stress related peeing has almost completely gone!!! I purchased this on the good reviews wished I had never bothered, speaking to other people who I know, the only way to strengthen your pelvis floor muscles is to do the proper excercises 3 times a day 10 - 15 repatitions the sensation of the tens excerciser actually felt like it was burning on the inside so I won't be using this againVerified purchase: YesCondition: New

Very easy and comfortable to use.
Since I received the pelvic floor exerciser I have been more than happy with it. The instruction booklet was easy to understand and I soon found out how to use it . It is very comfortable to use and I use mine every morning early so that I don't have any interruptions. I am hoping that at the end of 3 months use my muscles will be a lot stronger. Only had it a week but such a difference!
At 58 I've only recently come to realise, through newspaper articles, that the symptoms this exerciser addresses are not 'normal' 'age' experiences that I had to put up with as a 'fact of life'! For anyone with pelvic floor problems, this little machine, certainly firms up the pelvic muscles. It is half the price of other machines but does exactly the same as them.
