Tasty and warming.
This Miso is very tasty and nourishing, a warming drink and can also be added to soups and stews. It's best not to add boiling water, just hot, so add it to soups after it has cooled slightly to preserve the health qualities. It really tastes like it's doing you good, enjoy! (It's a thick paste so mix a spoonful with a little cold water first.)
