    Seems to be a good phone

    I went from a Galaxy S10e to this A53 and it seems to be a great phone. I hated to have to go to the A series, but money is tight and I couldn't justify buying the more expensive S22. It has taken a minute to get used to the larger size of this phone, but it is not too big for my hand. I can still toggle through most apps with just my thumb. The set up was intuitive and the processing speed is good. Overall I would recommend this phone.

    Great Phone, Great Performance

    From the get-go I knew I would like this phone, and now after less than a month I find it meets all my expectations. The 5G certainly is an improvement over my previous 4G. The battery appears to be robust and holds up well all day and beyond. I feel it was modestly priced on eBay. For me, the one shortcoming is that it does not have wireless charging capability (cannot be charged on a charging pad), but requires a usb C cable to charge.

    Great phone for uncomplicated everyday use.

    Samsung's A53 5G is a perfect phone for users who don't need or want all the whistles and bells of a "top tiered" phone. Others can nitpick about speed or other superfluous features, but this phone works for me. Sure, it has some issues. Sometimes they'll lose connection with the SIM card, but the problem usually corrects with a restart or card reinsertion. Or if all other attempts fail, spend the $1.50 for a new SIM card. Pictures are just fine with different camera modes available for close up and wide-angle photos. Even this phone has features I'll never use but will still have fun learning them. My next phone will most likely be a new A series, since the A53 5G meets all my requirements.

    Lots of premium features in a lower priced package!

    5G capability is a major plus over my A51. Battery life seems to be well above that older model also. Cool data transfer with Samsung Smart Switch App. Couldn't be happier with the upgrade.
