Fantastic product, we love our Henry and I wanted something with the same great power, when I realised they did a hand held version I decided to order straight away as I know the quality. Product was delivered fast and after using it a few times I’m very happy. The battery lasts I can do my whole house and still have battery left. I also have 2 dogs and it picks the hair up great. Very disappointing!
Purchased this to replace a Dyson,which was forever stopping due to a blocked filter,even though the filter had been replaced,it clearly wasn't blocked, hence the purchase of the Henry. My main gripe with the Henry apart from it being on the heavy side is the fact that the different attachments are an absolute pain to change ,you have to struggle to get them off , it also leaves dust particles in the tube so when you remove it dust drops on the floor which is infuriating. The dust bag /filter is a good idea,but it is floored (no pun intended) due to the dust spilling out when you change said accessories. Had I tried it before I had purchased it I would not have made said purchase. Overall I'm very disappointed in it. I should have stuck with Dyson.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Very well built product, easy to use with quick clean emptying system picks up hair and fluff very well and the motor is not to loud and good run time from the battery and nice fragrant sent from the filter pod and the mini motorised floor tool works very well in confined spaces, i am very pleased with the product and is a nice colour of blue. 10/10.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

My first cordless vacuum and I'm impressed. The parts clip together very neatly and the machine is suprisingly powerful with battery life easily sufficient for 5 rooms and a staircase.
