A decent kit of a significant aeroplane
The Vampire was the second jet fighter to enter service with the Royal Air Force. This kit represents a developed version. Frankly there are some issues, especially the lack of the extension to the starboard intake which contained the air conditioning unit fitted to this mark of Vampire. As it is, the kit more accurately represents the FB5 version. No big deal because I think I can make the missing part myself. Otherwise all seems good from an inspection of the parts. I haven't had time to dry fit any parts, or even to remove them from the sprue. I'm quite satisfied with the kit.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
