Chronic Fatigue Syndrome - Give it a go
I was forced to take early retirement a year ago due to Chronic fatigue Syndrome (and IBS which is one of the symptoms)and was feeling pretty low when I started the course, Unable to get out of bed until 11:00am or later with no energy with very poor concentration. Within a week of starting on Symprove, I started to feel better. My IBS, Fatigue and concentration levels all started to slowly improve day by day. I am now 6 weeks into the course and am feeling really well. I now find it difficult to lie in bed much later than 08:00 and have energy all through the day. For me it seems to be working brilliantly and I am really hoping the improvements are sustained when I finish the course, It is quite expensive but I certainly worked for me more than any other things I tried and I would recommend anyone suffering from CFS gives it a go. I was sceptical but had tried everything the Doctors recommended I wish I had found Symprove earlier , I don’t think I would have had to give up work. Important things to note about Symprove 1/ it tastes disgusting. I bought the natural flavour for both me and my adult son. I have managed to use it but he just found it too disgusting and had to stop. I would definitely suggest the flavoured variety which must be better. 2/ I have suffered a side effect that I cannot find mentioned in other reviews. It has completely changed my sense of smell and taste. Coffee, garlic, onions and a lot of other foods now smell disgusting and have a taste similar to Symprove. I have not enjoyed any meal since starting the course but this is a small price to pay to get my health back however, I am looking forward to finishing the course so that I can start enjoying food againVerified purchase: YesCondition: New

Feel it helped my gut balance
Certainly felt it helped me get a gut balance back again after an ileostomy reversal. Tried other products first but this one is one of the few that gets the bugs to the right place as many don’t make it through to the end so to speak! Used the full 12 week course benefitting from the free final 4 packs, it is expensive but in many ways a small price to pay, and I should have used it sooner.
