I bought the Lung Boost as I began Pulmonary Rehab and that is what they use during the rehab sessions. I wanted one of my own to use every day. I can tell a difference with my breathing, and it is user friendly, so I was able to pick it up and start immediately. I haven't tried other products like this, as I am not sure there even is any.
