Eyebrow colour lasts forever
After the first time that I used this product I knew I had found the perfect Eyebrow Colour, not only does it come in a range of colours, it is also really easy to apply, I feel that it looks natural and even after the dye has been applied the staining on my skin does not take long to wash off. Works well on brows but not on eyelashes
Tried to mix the dye to a consistency suitable for eyelashes, but the mixture did not stick to the lashes so dyeing was unsuccessful at every attempt (seven times). Buyers should note that on eyebrows, the dye only tints the eyebrow hair, not the skin below. (It produces an excellent colour on the hair). I did not realise that only the hair itself would be coloured when I bought it. I've since bought a product that also tints the skin underneath. I accidentally smeared some on my skin when applying, but it washed off easily with soap and water. No issues with Julienne's safety. I did the skin test first. Have used eyebrow tint for a couple of years now, but used light brown. Found that the colour only lasted a few days before it started to fade, but the dark brown lasts for ages.
