Low Number of Ingredients
I like this supplement because it contains a low number of ingredients which target the areas I am deficient in. I take it on alternate days as I use another vitamin supplement with similar ingredients on the other days and I don't want to overdo the recommended daily intake of any vitamin. Personally, this seems to work for me.
