    The bag is only a few inches away from the wall

    The mount is much smaller than I thought and the edge of my bag hangs a few inches away from the wall. Basically, each time I hit the bag, it hits the wall. It's my fault for not checking the dimensions closer, but I can't see how this is really useful to anyone unless you are OK with the bag bouncing off the wall. If you are OK with that, then this does seem to be pretty strong.
