Looks and feels kinda cheap.
It looks and feels kinda cheap. It's a hard plastic with sharp checkering. It's larger, longer, and flatter than the other Crimson trace grips for the chief special. I do like that it has an on-off switch that is easy to actuate, which is different from the other model that has a pressure switch that turns on the laser anytime that you grip the pistol, regardless of the lighting conditions. Good Price-Highly functional
Grips are PLASTIC-This is the only draw back. I had to remove nice rubber to put this on. It does work as stated and if I wanted to spend twice as much I could have gotten better feeling grips. Overall, works well but could be better.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Poor ergonomics .
The placement of the activation button was a poor choice for a defensive revolver because it forces you to change you grip on the gun to turn it on. They should have stayed with the button on the front instead of going with a thumb switch you can't reach . It's better suited for a lefty or perhaps a juggler but it's faster for me to line up the iron sights than to try manipulate this.
