BEST FEEDER FOR SMALL BIRDS
Absolutely first rate feeder and very pleased with it. Low-priced. The little birds love this and being able to perch as they feed but the bigger birds can't steal from it. It takes small seed as well as larger pieces and mealworms and holds it "in a queue". (Some feeders release too quickly). It is easy to fill by twisting the top and seed husks can be blown from the tray area. The "roof" keeps feed dry. Sturdy little bird feeder
It is very strong and very sturdy. The perching ring round the base makes it easy for birds with fat tummies to get to the seed. A problem for the robin on my old feeder. I cannot tell whether it is easy to clean or not, as I haven't had any rain to cause the seed to swell. My old feeder came to pieces and was easy to scrub clean. This one does not come apart which may be a drawback. It is very easy to fill as the opening is nice and large. However, so far I would fully recommend it as it is certainly far better quality than my old one, and the birds definitely approve of it.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

A great bird feeder.
I've purchased almost every conceivable type of bird feeder over the years but I've never found one that's as good as this one, the roof keeps the food tray dry and the feeders large enough for several birds to use it at one time, the dispensing trays also keep wastage down the feeder also holds a decent amount of food I was so impressed I have purchased another one.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Delivered well packaged and seems sturdy. Bought to stop seed falling on the ground and the roof definitely stops the rain puddling in the feeding tray, which is a problem with many other 'no spill' feeders. Love the feeders just waiting for the birds to discover them
The feeders look great but I haven't had any birds come (as far as I know) yet, however, my back yard is only in the early stages of becoming greener and more bird and bee friendly.
