Sleek Shiny and Sticky
My old 20cm teflon coated frying pan has worked hard and never let me down. But on a whim, I decided to invest in this slightly larger 26cm "Non-Stick" frying pan. It looks good, all sleek and shiny. But for me, just too shallow. What I gained in width over my old pan, I lost in depth with my new one. I used a pair of pliers to gently lift the low sides up. Where this pan loses another star is in its so called anti-stick feature. I noticed how food that's never stuck on my old pan, was now sticking on my new pan, requiring a more hands on approach. I think I'll spend a little more money next time, but YMMV.

Do not buy this product. Used it once, second time was a mistake.
I used this pan to make pancakes for Shrove Tuesday. I noticed that the centre of the pan was losing the non-stick. I tried to make omelettes a few days later. A complete disaster. If only they used the same bonding material to adhere the non-stick, instead of using it to bond food directly to the pan. I might have been able to rescue our meals. Do not buy this product.
