reduced neck pain
When the pillow first arrived I thought it may be too soft - Once I started using it I realise it is perfectly supportive and comfortable. I have had chronic neck pain over recent months and either been woken with pain or woken with stiff and sore neck. Waste of money. Very flat and poor quality.
Arrived in a airless compress bag, it took 48hs to get some shape, but still was no rigid/hard. When pressed my head it went to 5 mm thickness... almost nothing and it claims is a hard/firm foam. It does not provide any support at all. The second day of usage the zip in the case/cover broke off, so no use for that either. Not what I expected
This pillow is not what I expected at all. It’s described as having all these benefits however it’s nothing like it in my opinion. I’ve been using this for a few day’s now and it doesn’t make any difference to my neck problems. I woke up the first morning having used it feelings pain in my neck. The shape of it is awkward, the curved part that is supposed to support your neck doesn’t seem to be in line with my spine and if you sleep on your front or sideways it’s quite uncomfortable. This pillow is soft to touch but a tad too hard for me to lay on. I’d recommend going to a store to find a pillow that suits you and not waste your money on this.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Suffering at night.
Suffer from a trapped nerve in neck, because of damage caused by RA. Was really suffering at night, with whatever mix of pillows I tried, so in desperation purchased this.......took a couple of hours to get used to the sleeping position, but within 2 days a big improvement, now sleeping through the night thanks to this pillow.
