The best answer to the problem.
Very good indeed. used it now for 3 weeks, so now is a good time to review the supply, I was really surprised how easy it was to install, and it runs like a dream. every time I use it, it was a case of , is the hard drive faulty, no is the answer. OK, but no 6 pin
Be aware that this is a low end PSU and has no 6 pin connection to most graphic cards. You`ll have to use a converter, but better investing in a bit more expensive one which comes with the 6 pin. If no graphic card, or low end, this PSU is okVerified purchase: YesCondition: New

Good value for money
This power supply has a continuous running fan which makes it a little noisy however, Better to know the fan is running than have a temperature controlled fan that you cannot tell if the fan has failed until it’s too late I.e. failure due to over heating. Good value psu
Being the second time i have needed to change the psu, plus the last one cost me about £50 i went on a search for this replacement. I decide i wasn't going to spend the same amount and ended up with the sumvision psu. At the moment i am more than satisfied but would have liked a bit more info on installing it.all went well though and my only criticism would be that it is a tad noisier than my last one although last one was £50 quid ended up clanging like a bad 'an. Enough power to power my gaming machine.
My old atx psu burned out rather spectacularly, so I was expecting the motherboard was a goner. after much umming and thinking, I decided it was worth buying another psu and try it. well it arrived promptly and took me another several weeks before sitting down and replacing te old with the new. Plugged in with fingers crossed, nothing. a bit alarmed, unplugged, re checked everything, nothing getting warm, so went for a good old cuppa char. while sitting there,I noticed an empty square socket on the motherboard, tucked up in the top left hand corner, ??? I thought whats missing ??? ran through the psu wire bundle, I found the square 4 way plug, that supplies the main CPU. so after finishing the cuppa, plugged that 4 way in, powered up, and yes everything is working again. After testing the PSU in situ, I find it very stable, even on intensive gameplay.(defiance 2050). so if ever I need to replace a PSU, I will be buying one of these.

Old power leads needed for the New Power Supply . . .
Excellent product, performs well. Quiet. The only problem encountered was that all the disc power connections were not for my discs. I had to cut off the Sumvision power supply leads and solder in the SATA power leads from the dud power supply. Now with all the old leads attached, the power supply is matched to my PC's SATA discs power sockets.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
