Fantastic!
If your water runs hot, then cold, then hot, then cold. Or you run the hot tap too fast, and the water goes cold. Then one of these could be the answer to your problem. The hot water side of this heat exchanger gets limescale up inside and restricts the water from flowing through properly. This causes your boiler to cut out. Eventually the boiler fires back up, but it won't be long before it cuts out again. This is why your water is constantly hot then cold. After fitting this, my hot water taps run with constant hot water, at a reasonable flow rate. Easy to fit, if it's easily accessible. You will need to drain the boiler down first. I wasn't sure about the o rings supplied as they weren't as thick as the seals on mine. Luckily the old ones clean up nicely with some water and wire wool. This is an excellent replacement part. Looks just like the original one I took off. It fits perfectly and works amazingly. And the best bit is the price. ABSOLUTE BARGAIN!! 😁

Our boiler stopped producing hot water and would over heat ... I suspected a blocked DHW heat exchanger ... these plate exchangers are prone to blockages...this part was under half the cost of local suppliers and was a perfect fit and a easy fit as well ... easily within the capabilities of any decent engineer to fit this with in 1 HR including boiler drain down and refilling...
